Taste the real South Tyrol
You want to greet the day in a happy mood: so why not start with a good breakfast?
The air is filled with the delicious aromas of fresh coffee, fruit tea and newly-baked rolls...
On request, we can provide guests with a hearty breakfast, served from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. in our cosy “Stube” (typical Tyrolean room), and featuring products from our farm: whole cow’s milk, yoghurt, quark cream cheese, fresh eggs, spicy sausages and sliced speck, delicious jams, syrups and homemade pastries. We also serve regional alpine cheese and butter, fresh bread, coffee, tea or a hot chocolate. Enjoy your meal!

No problem, you can buy our products to enjoy in your apartment or to take home when you leave.

Enjoy some typical South Tyrolean cuisine, served every day from 7 p.m. and including regional specialities such as barley soup, tirtlan (stuffed spinach and quark fritters), schnitzelkrapfen (battered cutlets), goulash with polenta, dumplings and various mushroom dishes. And to end the meal on a sweet note... Strauben (Tyrolean pancakes), apple strudel, and sweet-smelling Krapfen (doughnuts) with poppy seeds... how delicious! The vegetables, meat and herbs are from our farm.
If you would like dinner, please book it in the morning. And if you have food intolerances and/or allergies, just let us know and we will be happy to cater for you.
In good weather, we also organise outdoor barbecues and the chance to sample our dumplings.
