Summer, what an adventure!
Our farm is the starting point for lots of excursions, ranging from delightful easy strolls along the shore of lovely Lake Anterselva to very demanding hikes up to mountain huts or to the peaks of the Vedrette di Ries - a sight not to be missed!
Our tips for the summer:
- The Rasner Möser Biotope: a wetland area with many rare animal species and marsh plants
- The Francesi Trail: path number 11 will take you down to the valley or to Lake Anterselva in about an hour. The downhill trail marked as path number 1 will take you to the same destination.
- Lake Anterselva: walk around the lake and to the animal enclosure
- Malga Schwörz: Path no. 10 (the “Kornbrenntenweg”) takes you up to the hut in about an hour, and from here you can follow path no. 3 up to the Vedrette di Ries refuge, at a height of 2,800 m. The hike up takes 4 hours.
- Lake Ober at the Stalle Pass
- Mountain bike excursions on forest paths and roads, scenic rides through the Stalle Pass near East Tyrol, alongside the Anterselva biotope, and many more.
